Enhancing their ability to identify and appreciate emerging possibilities, to pay attention to subtle clues in the environment and how they experience the moment, in order to act and respond appropriately.
My approach is systemic in nature. I have a deep appreciation of the value of context, the impact of worldviews, culture, past experiences and perceptions. I acknowledge that growth occurs on various levels and according to the unique pace and rhythm of each person. I believe in the power of conversation. The key to transformation is a shift in root perspective achieved through meaningful conversations.
